For almost 20 years Vinnick Construction has been providing professional, high quality construction services throughout Upstate New York in all facets of construction. Staffed by some of the most experienced construction professionals in the industry, the firm is led by Stephanie Saccocio, CEO and Director of Business Development, Christopher Saccocio, Senior VP and Thomas Shannon, VP. In addition, the firm has an extensive project staff including: project managers, project engineers and superintendents. The firm has all of the required licenses and credentials for electrical construction & maintenance, intelligent cabling, telecommunications wiring and construction management.
Stephanie L. Saccocio - CEO and Director of Business Development
Stephanie brings significant real estate development experience to the firm as well as information technology and telecommunications. She is experienced with all of the New York State compliance requirements and has conducted audits in a past employ for the State of New York. Stephanie, as part of the preconstruction design team has significant experience in office space, moves, adds and changes, and works directly with developers and tenants in the preconstruction design phases. Stephanie maintains a New York State Real Estate license in good standing.
Christopher L. Saccocio - Senior Vice President
Chris has been in the construction industry all of his life, building some of the finest custom buildings in the region for over 20 years. He has a Master Electrician's License and is experienced in electrical design, installation and maintenance. He continues as the senior project manager on the firm's major projects and manages the project management and field superintendent staff. In addition, Chris is trained on all heavy excavation equipment and maintains one of the largest company-owned fleet of equipment in the regional construction marketplace. He is a certified pre-engineered building construction professional and an authorized distributor for STAR Building Systems. Chris earned a degree from Hudson Valley Community College in Electrical & Construction Technology.
Thomas P. Shannon - Vice President
Tom is one of the regions most experienced and accomplished construction professionals with credentials in all aspects of general, specialty and electrical construction. In his 25 year career he has project engineered and managed some of the most prestigious projects in the Country: Louisville International Airport (FAR107.14); Albany International airport; a 400 mile fiber optic installation on the New York State Thruway; recabling with fiber optic and category 5 cabling of the Legislative Office Building for New York State; large hospital expansion; several multimillion dollar office complexes; multiple, multimillion dollar projects for the Department of Energy; major electrical and security system installations for several New York state Correctional facilities and the construction of a 75+ million dollar athletic/sports facility as a construction manager. Tom holds degrees from Penn State and Youngstown State Universities in Mechanical engineering and Construction Technology.
